Renewal Coalition Retreat Application

The participants of our retreat programs are post 9/11 combat or training injured active duty, reservists, or National Guard service members. We also accept ill service members and those referred by caseworkers from the following participating organizations:

  • The Wounded Warrior Battalion
  • The Wounded Warrior Transition Unit
  • The Semper Fi Fund
  • The Care Coalition
  • The Navy SEAL Foundation
  • The VA Poly Trauma Units
  • The VA Burn Units
  • FOCUS Foundation
  • Veterans Administration
  • Yellow Ribbon Fund
  • Other Military Organizations Can Be Accepted

Apply for a Renewal Coalition Retreat.
  • Your location (What state and airport would you be flying from if you came to a retreat). If you were selected, we would provide the airline ticket for you.
  • We have different retreats throughout the year including veterans only, couples, and families. Please let us know which type of retreat(s) interest you. You may select multiple options by holding the control key which clicking your preferred choices.
  • If you are interested in a family retreat, please let us know how many children you have and their ages.
  • Please provide a brief description of the service member's time in service and any injuries incurred. Please include dates of service, branch, deployments and injuries.
  • Please upload a copy of the Service Member's DD214. Acceptable file formats are PDF, JPG, PNG, and GIF.
